Cancellation, Refund, Rescheduling and Privacy Policies

CANCELLATION POLICY

Diehl & Associates reserves the right to cancel any course within 72 hours of the start of class.  Diehl & Associates will make reasonable effort to notify students of cancellation via phone or e-mail.  Students will then be eligible for a full refund of the cost of the course or credit towards future courses.  Partial refunds will not be issued.  Diehl & Associates will not be held responsible for any expenses incurred due to the cancellation of a course.  This includes non-refundable flights, hotels or any other related expenses.

REFUND POLICIES

LIVE CLASSROOM AND LIVE WEBINAR TRAINING Live courses require venue, travel and trainer costs similar to any other live performance. That being said, Diehl wants to be as flexible as possible. Therefore, refund requests must be received both within 3 business days after purchase and more than 5 business days prior to the start of the course.  Refund requests after 3 business days of purchase will receive a credit toward future Diehl & Associates course offerings.  It is the student’s responsibility to identify courses available that they want to attend and communicate that information to Diehl in order to assign the credit. If no courses are of interest to them, then no credit will be issued. No excess credits will be refunded. Credit expires one (1) year after purchase.

INSTRUCTOR-LED OR ONLINE SELF STUDY TRAINING- Refund requests must be received both within 3 business days of purchase and prior to 5 days before the start of the course.  No refund will be issued after 3 business days of purchase or once the student has logged into the course purchased.  Refund requests after 3 business days of purchase will receive a credit toward future Diehl & Associates course offerings.  It is the student’s responsibility to identify courses available that they want to attend and communicate that information to Diehl in order to assign the credit. If no courses are of interest to them, then no credit will be issued. No excess credits will be refunded. Credit expires one (1) year after purchase.

ADMINISTRATIVE PROCESSING FEES

If a student qualifies for a refund, any costs incurred by Diehl (i.e. books and shipping charges, learning management system set-up) will be not be refunded.

COURSE CHANGE FEE

  • Student must notify Diehl five (5) business days prior to course of the need to reschedule.
  • There is no charge for the first reschedule if guidelines listed above are met.
  • There is a $25 fee for each additional reschedule per the above OR without the 5 business days notice.
  • A $50 fee per day will be charged for  "No Shows" without prior notice and requests to reschedule a course.

Course change or rescheduling is based upon availability and must occur within six (6) months of the original purchase or registration.

What information do we collect?

We collect information from you when you register on our site, place an order, subscribe to our newsletter, respond to a survey or fill out a form.

When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information or Diehl & Associates. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.

Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:

  • To improve customer service. Your information helps us to more effectively respond to your customer service requests and support needs.

  • To send periodic emails. The email address you provide for order processing, may be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your order, in addition to receiving occasional company news, updates, related product or service information, etc.

How do we protect your information?
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information.

We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.

After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.

We do not use cookies.

Do we disclose any information to outside parties?
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety. However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.

Occasionally, at our discretion, we may include or offer third party products or services on our website. These third party sites have separate and independent privacy policies. We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of our site and welcome any feedback about these sites.

We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act), we do not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. Our website, products and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older.
