Got a Question?
We always want to make sure you have all the information you need to successfully log into one of our online courses or attend any of our live class formats. We know technology is great when it works, but we are here to help if it doesn't!
What if I don't see an email notification?
All emails from orders purchased online will come from email@example.com. If you don't see it, the notification may have gone to your spam folder. To prevent future emails from going to your spam folder, please be sure to make us a safe sender. You can call us at 317-272-7600 if you have further questions.
Where do I get my User ID and password?
User IDs and passwords are sent out once an online course has been purchased to the email address provided. Look for an email from firstname.lastname@example.org.
How do I log into the Learning Management System?
Log into the LMS by clicking on "Access My Course" in the top right corner of the page.
What if I am unable to attend a class?
We understand "life happens" and will be happy to reschedule your class to another time at no additional charge. If the class needs to be rescheduled multiple times, there will be a fee of $25.
What is the difference between online self-study and online instructor-led courses?
The NMLS allows continuing education classes to be delivered in an online self-study format so students can complete them at any time. However, pre-licensing classes are required to be completed in an online instructor-led format. This means that an instructor is on staff during specified class hours when activities are viewed and approved in order to progress through a course.
What makes Diehl's 20-Hour course better than others?
Diehl has developed a P.A.S.S. formula that stands for "Preparation, Assessment, and Studying Strategies". By actively participating in class, reviewing material and test prep questions from our national test prep tool, and interacting with our trainer during class as well as the free study session following the live stream, we are confident you will pass the SAFE Mortgage Loan Originator Test on your first attempt.
