Diehl has put several policies together so you know what your options are when you are purchasing a course. We understand that "life happens" and will do our best to accommodate emergencies.
Diehl & Associates reserves the right to cancel any course within 72 hours of the start of class. Diehl & Associates will make reasonable effort to notify students of cancellation via phone or e-mail. Students will then be eligible for full credit towards future courses. Partial refunds will not be issued. Diehl & Associates will not be held responsible for any expenses incurred due to the cancellation of a course. This includes non-refundable flights, hotels or any other related expenses.
For any format, Diehl and Associates will allow one reschedule at no charge for each course. There will be a $25 rescheduling fee for each additional reschedule.
For any cancellations, Diehl will allow you to apply credit towards another course within the same calendar year. Refunds will not provided. Credit must be applied to an available, existing course. Credit expires at the end of the calendar year. It is the student’s responsibility to locate the new course and contact Diehl and Associates about applying credit. Otherwise, the credit will expire.
Access to any of our test prep products is eligible for 6 months from the time of purchase.
Administrative Processing Fees
If a student qualifies for a refund, any costs incurred by Diehl (i.e. books and shipping charges, learning management system set-up) will be not be refunded.
COURSE CHANGE FEE
- Per the above rescheduling fee, you will be allowed one free reschedule and the cost per additional reschedule is $25/each.
- A $50 fee per day will be charged for "No Shows" without prior notice and requests to reschedule a course.
Course change or rescheduling is based upon availability and must occur within six (6) months of the original purchase or registration.
