Ready to get started? Here is an overview of the necessary steps. 

Step 1:

Accept the NMLS Rules of Conduct Form. It is located under the “Getting Started” Lesson.

Step 2:

Answer the NMLS Authentication Questions in the “Getting Started” lesson. These questions will be used to check your activity throughout the Webinar.

Step 3:

Join the class on the designated days. You will see the Zoom link to join the class under the Day 1, Day 2, or Day 3 lesson tabs.

Taking the SAFE Mortgage Loan Originator Test (NMLS Test)

You will coordinate your testing and applying for a license with the NMLS. For questions about how to set up your NMLS profile and obtain and NMLS number click here. We’ll discuss the test in your course in depth but for information about how to pay for and schedule a testing appointment click here. Also, the NMLS call center can answer questions at 1-855-665-7123. To Get Credit for the Class You Will Need Your NMLS Number. If you do not have one, go ahead and request it now so you can enter it when asked and ensure your credit hours can be reported.
