My reset code is going to the wrong email address. How can I correct this?

  1. Be sure you have the correct NMLS ID in the required field in your account profile. It must be your personal NMLS ID, not a company.
  2. Update your email address in your account profile.
  3. If you have successfully completed steps 1 & 2, and it is still not working, please contact NMLS BioSig Support at 1-855-665-7123.
