Diehl’s 1 hour Florida SAFE CE course reviews key elements of Florida state law around mortgage financing and updates. You will learn about licensing renewal requirements, state-specific regulations and consequences if mortgage laws are violated. This course covers the learning objectives established by the Florida Office of Financial Regulation including compliance filings, advertising standards, and duties required throughout the mortgage lending process as defined by the Office. Students also learn about laws unique to Florida, like required forms and disclosures, maximum amounts of fees and commissions that can be earned, and recent updates to anti-coercion laws. The course is delivered in 3 modules with full audio and video. Required quizzes follow each module and there is a case study and final exam as well. We even provide tips and materials to help you complete the course as efficiently as possible, and once complete, bank your credit hours with the NMLS in 1-2 business days. We hope you join us!
